Generally, lahat ng undercooked at raw eggs, meat and fishes, shellfish, sushi, processed foods and meats etc., Highly sweet foods, Carbonated and high caffeined drinks. In short, lahat lang ng nutritious foods ang pwede. May feature din itong app kung saan makikita mo yung mga bawal na kainin during pregnancy explore mo lang.

Madami resources online ng listahan ng mabuti and masama kainin ng buntis. Mas maganda sa mga website ng hospital or medical resource ka mag check para maiwasan yung mga sabi sabi ng matanda "old wives' tales" na walang scientific basis.
