Anyone use desowen cream before for lo? It's prescribe by the doc but did not mention if can apply on lo head , as lo having heat rashes all over the head and face and ears I am wondering if I can apply it to his head? Cause my mummy scare I apply on his head and his hair unable to grow so I am checking with you guys if you got any idea?

U can apply very thinly on it, it'll recover very fast, once recover stop and use normal cream. My girl use to have very bad rashes on face, everyone say no steroid but it's make uncomfortable as it's didn't heal or heal too long, hence i apply thinly, heal within few days and i stop.

I would try to stay out of desowen. Im now prescribed elomet. Both are steriod and not recommended. Beat to avoid as muvh as possible. Try using coconut oil. Its safer, multi purpose and have many more benefits.

Desowen is a cortisteroid..so i would apply as sparingly as possible. Steroids tend to thin skin.
