this is a tongue thrush! need to see dr then they will give ointment for you to apply on baby.must clean baby tongue everyday to prevent tongue thrush!! hope that helps ss!
Use tongue cleaner that you can buy at Kiddy Palace or Shopee and regularly clean the milk stains.
