Double marker test

Can anyone tell me about the Double marker test. What it is and when to do this test as well as what are the benefits of doing this?

the doctor will tell you to do it after your 12th or 14th week checkup. it shows if the baby has down syndrome or any brain defects or any growth defects in body. you get your first photo copy of your baby. if it says negative it's good n normal baby. if it says positive then you need to do 1 more test..which they'll tell you to do s week later.

Double marker test is done to find any abnormality in the baby. This test is done between 18 to 22 weeks.
