Double marker test

Can anyone tell me about the Double marker test. What it is and when to do this test as well as what are the benefits of doing this?

Double marker test is done to find any abnormality in the baby. This test is done between 18 to 22 weeks.

first time in fatherhood

I got this awesome news few days back and I am extremely happy and at the same time little worried, as, it's my first time. I don't know how will things work and how to be calm and less worried.
