hi mommy! i weight lifted throughout my pregnancy! i have been doing it since i was 19! & am pre and post natal certified trainer ;) you can continue to exercise if you have always been active prior to pregnancy. when stomach bigger certain variations of movements like deadlifts have to be tweaked for wider stance to make way for bigger belly ... do be more mindful in the gym and no fast reps, slow and steady wins the race for our case! all d best!!!!
