I did comparison between TMC and Mount E after hospital tours at both. Felt the difference in charges was not bothersome. Went to the latter cos newer and only one bedder (more private).
Mine was about 13 to 14k 3d2n natural birth with 1 packet of epidural. No forceps or vacuum. In jan 2019
Go for the hospital tour. It would tell u of the pricing.
Mount E Novena is definitely more expensive la......
