Anyone redeemed the frozen blanket from the rewards here? Have you received the item? Cause it has been 2 weeks and still not received. Emailed them but never reply.

Mine took almost a month and till date haven't receive too. A newborn gift set box and friso milk sample all didn't arrive either.

I kinda don't expect the items from them alr. Cos 2 separated items, didn't arrive since late November.
