PEM nanny

Anyone received PEM’s email stating there will be a 4-7 days delay in nanny’s arrival? Super last minute notice when my EDD is in Nov. Really disappointed in their “professionalism” 🌚 > was constantly rushed by them to sign contract but now can’t even deliver what is being promised.

PEM is enthusiastic in selling the package (commission base I guess) but after deposit is paid their follow up service is lousy
