Prebooked nanny unavailable at PEM without notifying

Hi Mummies Has anyone experiencing the nanny that you pre-booked and confirmed by PEM has been reassigned to another family and even without informing you till you called them? I’m going to due in 4 weeks and now when we called them to confirm if we really getting the pre-booked nanny and they twisted their word.

No experience with this. But as per your experience. They have given you a very bad service. Thank you for sharing this bad experience. It may useful to mums who is willing to get service from PEM.

PEM is not professional in handling and helping customer, they are enthusiastic in collecting payment and review that's my experience with them
