3 Months Pregnancy Myth

Hi All, Anyone here really wait until 3 months to break news of pregnancy to mum, mil etc? I've been wanting to tell my mum about it but had been holding back due to the hear say. Currently 5/6 weeks

I told my mum and immediate family too. I didn't tell the rest because first 3 mths is v unstable. Don't want to explain to anyone if things goes wrong. Not so much because of superstition.
