Picture looks blur but I think u Shld bring baby to the doctor as it looks bumpy and red - not suppose to look like that (but again the picture is kind of blur). Can go doctor to see if it's an infection and then get from them the cream yar. Better not to self medicate or guess urself. Speedy recovery little one
