Hard to shit!!

Anyone has the same problem? Im in my third trimester but it seems that im having a problem shitting!! Didnt manage to poo properly coming to 4 days!! What can i do?

It’s quiet common for pregnant ladies sometimes don’t wry and just take as a normal and don’t overthink much be happy
