I'm at 17 weeks oso like u have insomnia since early first tri... I tried so many ways. I tried essential oil (do take note of which oil safe for pregnancy), buying many pillows to build a comfort spot to sleep, do more walking during the day... take milk/honey before sleep... it just don't help. πŸ˜” now I still having it but it seems like getting better (a bit). do take note too early of the pregnancy better not to go for massage. If u found a way I will love to try too. 😁
