I'm 4 days late. Took HPT almost 4 times, all negative. I feel light headed and slight cramping on my lower abdomen. Is it too early to go to the GP for a blood test?

had symptoms of dizziness, lightheaded, tummy feeling tight and with some spotting, bought pt to test negative, decided to Wait for few more weeks test Again, suddenly period came but only lasted 2days heavy period plus Still feeling tight, any suggestions on this mummies in here?
