Just to share, I had many “not so good surprise” regarding my baby conditions most of the time when I see my gynae during my pregnancy. One problem was stacking over another until I decided to just chill, pray and let God takes control over me and my baby’s life. It helps me emotionally prepared for another shocking news. However, knowing that I won’t be having a smooth pregnancy experience, I tried to prepare myself better by finding a good gynae who experienced in high risk pregnancy and reading many articles regarding my complications and risks. So I know what I’m dealing with and able to mentally prepared myself on the worst possibilities that could come. Your gynae is your best friend in overcoming your condition, so don’t be scared of seeing them. It’s very important to be alert on your own condition and report to your gynae when you see abnormalities to detect any complications in advance. Stay strong, mummy.

Oh no please don't feel that way. Drs are there to help you with any health problem. I've had 2 miscarriages, although I was nervous everytime I see them but it's for my ownself sake.
