Pelvic pressure when getting out of bed

Anyone experienced pelvic pain especially at vaginal area whenever getting out of bed to pee in the midnight or in the morning? I am feeling it since week 15 till now, week 17/18. How to lessen the pain? It always makes me walk like a crippled.

Oh I had pelvic pain throughout my pregnancy. Walking, getting on and off the car were tough. It disappeared right after childbirth.
