Sciatic nerve pain
Anyone experienced this pain before? Please share what else do you do beside stretching or any medication did doc prescribed? I cant sleep at night as the pain is killing me! *cryingggggg*
Hey! What causes you to have the pain? I seem to have it too since i got my progesterone shot due to high risk miscarriage last week 😢 its sooooo bad when laying down and getting up from bed. No probs standing / walking / sitting down.
I had very bad sciatic pain (couldn’t walk without wincing). I went for massage. Helped me greatly as my therapist was very knowledgeable and knew how to find the problem areas.
Prenatal massage really helps even though it’s a temporary relief. I get my husband to massage my tailbone/butt gently before bed whenever I have sciatica pain too.
