Sciatic nerve pain

Anyone experienced this pain before? Please share what else do you do beside stretching or any medication did doc prescribed? I cant sleep at night as the pain is killing me! *cryingggggg*

Hey! What causes you to have the pain? I seem to have it too since i got my progesterone shot due to high risk miscarriage last week 😢 its sooooo bad when laying down and getting up from bed. No probs standing / walking / sitting down.
