Sciatic nerve pain
Anyone experienced this pain before? Please share what else do you do beside stretching or any medication did doc prescribed? I cant sleep at night as the pain is killing me! *cryingggggg*

I had very bad sciatic pain (couldn’t walk without wincing). I went for massage. Helped me greatly as my therapist was very knowledgeable and knew how to find the problem areas.
