I’m at week 8 and the nausea and food aversions are really intensifying. Started from week 6 and these 2 weeks have been so depressing. Queasiness pretty much all day which intensifies every 3 hours aka signaling me to eat although I have no appetite but then the feeling lessens after I do eat..

Same here but just have to catch certain timings that you don’t feel nauseous and eat during those times. Take small and frequent meals. I kept having something to go with. Try some lemon mints or sth. It helps when I felt terrible.

Me too. Super sensitive to smell and have plenty of food aversion. Can’t even stand the thought of rice and chicken. 😫 week 9 and 10 were the worst.

Did you try any method to sooth yourself? I’m still figuring out :/
