Lower back pain
Anyone encounter difficulty to turn and get up when lying down? It took me 15mins to turn from left to right or get up.. the bones felt like breaking wen i tried to get up quickly..

Yes experiencing in 3rd trimester. Not lower back but pelvic bone pain when moving from left to right

Yeah I experienced it. Hot water bottle helped me a lot
Same, my gynea say is very common in this stage
I had it during 3rd trimester .
