Hi, anyone here doing Yoga? Where do you enrolled for your yoga class and what mat do you recommend? ?

All major sports stores like Chris, Toby's, Olympic Village and Royal Sporting sell yoga mat for as low as Php 500

The standard yoga mat which is made of rubber from Toby's I believe will do.
