Maternity Leave

Anyone care to explain. I'm abit confused. May I reconfirm if I'm on ML, am I still entitled for PH and off days during my ML? I have a link here so just to clarify with the rest of the mummies here. When you’re on ML, you don’t get extra days for PH or off days. Everything within that 16 weeks counts as ML.

    Thanks! So I guess the calculation apply to those working shift as well.

    16 weeks ML = 112 days. This includes weekends too, so not entitled to PH or off days during that period.
