I ever tried making this curry puff before... but my puff pastry failed (though the filling tasted good... that was my only consolation). Couldn't find the photos though. The key to a good chicken puff or chicken pie is the pastry. I would just get the ready-made puff pastry available at the supermarket. If you do make the pastry yourself, the butter or ghee needs to be chilled or else the puff might not get crispy.
