Any recommendations for breakfast, lunch, dinner for 13m lo ? I'm not sure how then is enough or balanced enough for her! Tried egg / bread , she only ate 1/4 of it only . Yogurt she hates it too!

Perhaps you could try making your toddler's meals more attractive? It's more time consuming, but there's a higher chance of your toddler eating it. :) Meals should be balanced with 1-2 servings of brown rice/grains, 1/2 to 1 serving of fruit, 1 serving of vegetables and 2 servings of meat and others per day.
