Wala naman pong bawal. Basta in moderation lang po lahat lalo na yung mga sweets and salty foods. Syempre you would need to eat healthy foods. Fruits and veges po and take your vitamins lalo na nag folic, para maging maganda ang development ni baby sa loob.
