Do the anti nausea pills act with immediate effect or do they take awhile to help with the nausea? And must they be taken consistently or only when the nausea gets bad?

Takes awhile to kick in…that’s why doc will prescribe to take the night before. It helps with the nausea on the next day….you can try alternate days to see if you are ok…if not consistently is fine to keep nausea at bay if it’s bad
