1. Eat on time and have snacks in between. 2. Sleep as much as you can. 3. Continue with your prenatal vitamins or as prescribed by your doctor. 4. Don't do anything strenuous. 5. Think happy thoughts! And bawal si Stress sa buhay mo... well at least while you are recovering.😁😁😁 And oh! Maybe do a bit of yoga!

Bawal daw maglaba. Bawal mabibigat na gawain. More on kay baby muna na pagaalaga. Nakakabinat den daw pag iyak ka ng iyak. Saka hanggat maaari sleep when your baby sleeps. Sa expi ko pag kulang ako sa tulog dahil kay baby parang hinahangin ulo ko na masakit. Kaya kelangan kahit papano may katulong ka magalaga
