Anong opinyon nyo dito?

From what I know, taxable naman talaga ng 13th month pay. May Php82K tax exemption lang for bonuses and benefits kaya yung yung iba nakukuha in full yung 13th month nila. Pero if your 13th month pay and other benefits/bonuses exceeded 82k, yung excess will be taxable. I've read the whole article pero hindi clear sa akin kung ano ang mangyayari. If they meant ba sa term na "lifting of tax exemption" ay excluded na ang 13th month sa 82K exemption, therefore automatically taxable na din sya ng around 32% like sa basic pay. I also have to compute pa which has a bigger take home pay - yung 32% tax rate sa salary with 82K tax exemption plus yung tax exemption if married and with children, or yung sinasabi nila na 25% na tax rate sa salary and the revised tax exemptions.

I heard na they will take also the benefits of Senior citizens discount and PWD grabe talaga sana naisip man lang nila ang mga taong maapektuhan neto .

From my experience, taxable talaga ang 13th month pay kasi it's counted as part of our bonus. So if you go over the 30,000 bench mark, may tax talaga sya. Ung mga wala lang ata tax ung less than 30k.
