I ate variety of fruits during my pregnancy, 1 to 2 servings iba iba kada araw tapos 1 serving of papaya everyday, it helped me relieve constipation ☺️

Banana and orange po. Nung season pa ng avocado, madalas din ako kumain ng avocado. Ngayon naman since season na ng lanzones, lanzones naman.. ☺

Banana. 😂 siguro dahil nasobrahan ako sa banana maging sa panaginip,si baby daw ay minion. 😂😂😂😂

Mangosteen nakahiligan ko. Ang nasa ref nalang ngayon apple na green at ung red di pa ko nakakabili

Everyday banana and kung ano ung seasonal fruit na available (avocado, dragonfruit at mangosteen)
