The usual recovery span after CS is 3 months. You should also wait until your obstetrician advised that you can workout. In my case, it took me 6 months before I can workout. The exercise activities include minimal movements such as walking, hips and waist rotation, side bends. I did this gradually for a year and after the first year I was advised that I can start with more complex exercises. I just stream online (Fitness Blender's YouTube channel: Post Abdominal Surgery workout)
