You can take Paracetamol (Biogesic) mommy to relieve the pain. Safe naman sya for pregnant. Take plenty of rest and damihan din ang fluid intake.

Pwede po kayo mag take ng paracetamol (biogesic) then rest as much as possible and let your OB know po if not tolerable yung headache
