Heartburn and acid reflux

Ano pong pwedeng gawin if laging nakakaranas ng heartburn or acid reflux? FTM po kasi and nasa 1st trim pa lng po ako.

You can follow small frequent feeding mii lalo na at nasa 1st trimester ka pa lang at maselan sa pagkain. Eat light on breakfast like half rice lang with your ulam then followed by biscuits or crackers on snacks then ganun ulit with the rest of your meals sa buong araw. Iwas din sa mga colored drinks especially coffee, milktea and softdrinks, prito or matatabang pagkain at mga matatamis kasi nakakatrigger sobra sa acid reflux. I did this on my 3 pregnancies at ginagawa ko pa din ngayon sa pang 4th ko. I usually eat 6-7 light snacks a day. Lagi ako may stocks ng skyflakes tas oats sa bahay pang light snacks. 😊
