Kanin momsh, sabawan mo ng sinigang, tinola, pesa or pangat. Pwede na din ng isda basta maluto ng maigi at matanggalan ng tinik. Try mo din ng gulay sa chopsuey, carrots, sayote, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, celery. Kung ano kinakain niyo pwede naman, iwas mo nalang sa mga mahirap matunaw at mamantika para di masira ang tyan. Fruits naman, avocado, lansones, apple, orange, strawberry, kiwis, watermelon, grapes. Pwede na din siya ng mga bread yung soft lang. Liit liitan mo lang po. Oats pwede din. Halos lahat pwede na niya kainin, piliin mo nalang yung mga healthy foods.
any food na po pde kasi dapat masanay sya. para din po d sya maging picky eater. kaya si lo ko now 3 yo na sya kahit ano po kinakain na nya.
Kung ano kinakain namin un din ang pagkain ng anak namin. Example, tinola, sinigang, adobo, ginisang gulay, pritong isda, etc.
