First trimester is first 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy.

Hindi ko sure sis ano menstrual cycle nyo. Better if nattrack nyo din, check if normal pagitan ng menstruation nyo monthly. 21-35 days po ang normal. If hindi po kayo sure, better follow yung first trimester ultrasound nyo.
