Ano po vitamins n iniinom nyo to mkae ur hemoglobin high? I am 30weeks my nurse said i need to reach 12hgb para daq tanggapin ako sa lying in nila if not they have to recommend me to the hosptal just incase daw po na d ko mreach yung hgb n 12
