Try Mo uminom ng dulcolax sa gabi sis then kinabukasan makaka cr ka na 3x a week mo lng gawin yan then aayos na bowel movement mo every night mo lng inumin yang gamot. Kumain ka ng papaya or pagkain na may saluyot then more water

drink more water,try niyo pomelo,papaya or cranberry juice 😊
