Ai nku mommy ang hirap ng mgdiet s stage n ganyan.bwwasan m n lng ang carbs,(tinapa,rice,pasta)switch ka s veggies and fruits,tapos more water n rin,isipon m n lng c baby and if kaya konting exercise.

Ganyan din sabi skin overweight pero d naman haha cge prin kain q hehe.. hanggat wala pa 3 kilo c babh ok lang po qmain.. bawas ka lng maalat pra d msyado manasin👍🏻
