Ano po kayang magandang gamitin para sa rashes ni baby? Cetaphil po ginagamit ko para kay baby.

My baby had the same when he was a newborn. I consulted online with his pedia and she said it’s erythema toxicum. We were using Enfant soap and was advised to switch to Oilatum. Nag-okay naman afterwards.
