Ano Po kaya ggawin ko hirap Po ako maka poop?😥 Ultimo pag utot nahihirapan din ako 😥I'm 11weeks/5days pregnant Po ,ano Po Kya magandang Gawin ?😔 #pleasehelp

Dagdagan nyo po yung water intake nyo, mommy. Just slow down sa water before you go to bed para di maistorbo tulog mo kakatayo para umihi. Dagdagan nyo din po yung vegetable and fruits sa diet nyo. It can be very simple dishes katulad ng steamed pechay with oyster sauce and garlic. O kaya adobong kangkong. This is actually what helped me so much kasi I was also struggling with intense constipation in the past weeks. Stay healthy, mommy! ❤️
