milk....

Ganyan din po ako mommy kaya akala ko hindi sapat gatas ko sa panganay ko. Maaga ko tumigil kasi akala ko wala ako milk tapos super sakit pa. 4 years after, when I gave birth sa bunso ko, thank God for mommy communities and online articles, I have learned na kelangan continuous latching lang talaga plus galactagogues. So i stocked up on mega malunggay, soups, lactation cookies etc. It took me around 3 months before ko masabi na stable na milk supply ko. :) tyaga tyaga lang po. By God's grace, my baby was exclusively fed with breastmilk for 1 year then mixed feeding na after. :)
