humid temperature.. make sure to keep bby dry and much better if no sweat at all.... it will worsen up to 3 months of age.. my LO's pedia advice is that let it be.. and it will be gone eventually. since my LO's rashes is super mild to sometimes none-existing . but to make it sure.. I must suggest to visit ur LO's pedia.
