Ano po calcium supplement iniinom niyo? May chewable ba? Or smaller tablets/capsules? Kasi nahihirapan ako lunukin, masyado malaki yung mga tablets/capsules. I have tried calcimate, calvin plus & cecon ca be.

    Hi sis! Pinayagan ako ng OB mag Calcium gummies or chewables. Right now, I'm taking Calsan chewables na lang, available sa Mercury Drug.
