Calcium Supplement

Ano po calcium supplement iniinom niyo? May chewable ba? Or smaller tablets/capsules? Kasi nahihirapan ako lunukin, masyado malaki yung mga tablets/capsules. I have tried calcimate, calvin plus & cecon ca be.

Anmum Taste

So I thought na naglasang kalawang yung anmum choco because I took iron supplement. Pero nung pinatikim ko sa husband ko, sabi niya malansa nga daw talaga. So hindi pala yung iron yung cause. Weird kasi nakailang box na ako ng anmum chocolate, now lang nagkaganito yung lasa. ? Anyone with the same experience?

Iron Supplement

Ano po iniinom niyo na iron / ferrous supplement and ano po side effects? Kasi nagtry ako ng iberet, parang may lasang kalawang the following day. Akala ko may bleeding lang sa gums ko, pero pati anmum today naglasang kalawang din. ?
