small frequent meals, iwas sa spicy, maasim at super tamis as they cause too much acid. crackers and banana po pag feeling mo nangangasim na sikmura mo.inom ka din maligamgam na tubig/milk. at wag papalipas ng gutom
gaviscon, safe for preggy moms, nireseta din ni OB. I usually take it right after meals 👍
