Avocado po first food na introduce nyo kay baby... good for the brain... Then, mag natural foods (vegetables..) po offer nyo sa kanya...

Fruits and veggies. Like avocado, potato, squash and carrots. Pwedeng mashed or boiled/steamed soft to gum and cut french fry style
