Ano po ba qualifications para makapag apply ng maternity ben sa SSS?? Ganun din po sa Paternity?? Thank you po sa sasagot.

Paternity benefits is not mandatory, hindi tulad sa maternity .. not unless may company policy sila parang SL/VL .. Based sa nabasa ko sa website ng SSS if ever mag aapply for paternity leave , kelangan mag allocate ng maximum of 7 days sa father ng bata from your maternity leave days, na ilalagay mo upon filing your maternity ..

if sa SSS sorry pero walang ganun .. sa company if meron parang SL/VL lang talaga ..

has paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of childbirth or miscarriage. At mag submit mo ng maternity notification sa employer or if unemployed, sa sss directly.
