Nung umpisa halos wla po ako milk. niresetahan ako ni OB ng Natalac which is malunggay supplement twice a day. Then nirecommend dn ni ob ung mother nurture choco or coffee malunggay drink sya sa fb nkka order. kain ka dn po ng tahong or halaan tapos breast pump po after feeding your baby since supply and demand ang breastmilk the more milk ma remove mas dadami milk ntin. Dont give up po kc first two weeks msakit tlga sya lalo n pg ngaaral plng mglatch si baby pero tiis lang dadami dn yan. Now madami n ko stock s ref na breastmilk.

Unli latch mo lang si baby. Si baby lang ang makakapagpadami ng breastmilk natin. Stay hydrated din. Drink at least 3liters of water everyday.
