Aq sis, vegies and oatmeal. Ngpabili din aq nang maliliit na kamote. super effective ang kamote sis. Sa juice, prune or apple juice. But mas bet q yung apple, pero tumaas lang sugar q. hehehe

Normal na ung constipation sa buntis, minsan kakainis na talaga 😅 more water kadin sis
Yakult, 2 bottles iniinom ko araw araw and eat whole wheat bread pag umaga.
